He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Machalek and Mary Machalek. He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, Kevin Machalek (Monique Bolduc) of Kelowna, Wayne Kicia (Keverly) of Saskatoon and Kerrie Machalek of Westlock; his grandchildren, Kassidy, Haley, Kole, Rylee and Callista; and his siblings, Frank Machalek of Edmonton, Ed Machalek (Carol) of Missisauga, Myrna Keiner (Bert) of Regina and Arlene Tyacke (Merv) of Porcupine Plaines. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
