He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his sons, Joey and Jack; his niece Stephanie; his nephew Graham; his uncle Jim Cameron (Jeanne); his cousins, Gary Radke (Theresa), Lorna Repka (Lee), Shirley Lovelock (Myles) and Brenda Smith (Willy); his brother-in-law Rick Johnston (Sandi); his close friend John Braglin; and his pet Zeus.
