It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andrew John Messer (Westlock, Alberta), born in Strongfield, Saskatchewan, who passed away on December 15, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son-in-law Dwight Hala; her sister Aline; her brother-in-law Teddy Haugen; her brothers, Levern Aadland and Oscar Aadland; her brother-in-law Robert Roe; her nephew Arthur Haugen; and her parents, Lewis Aadland and Laurense Aadland.

She is survived by: her husband Andrew; her children, Val Hala, Wendy Messer, Rhonda Preston (Bruce) and Tracey Messer (Deeya); and her sister Bertha Roe. She is also survived by great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.
