He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Chariton Jacobs and Thelma Burnham; and his sister Rosemarie Ellis (Dan). He is survived by: his wife Joan Jacobs; his sons, Barry (Cathy), Jason (Kim), Michael (Pamela) and David (Jennifer); and his former wife Gayla Christensen of Raymond.
