He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Pesklevis and Lorretta Pesklevis. He is survived by: his sisters, Shelley Grandish (Rudy) and Sandi Pesklevis; his nephew Mitchell Banks (Alicia); and his great-nieces, Nevaeh and Victoria. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
