Elmer Zaplotinsky Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elmer Zaplotinsky of Waskatenau, Alberta, who passed away on November 17, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley and Pearl; his brothers, Lawrence and Ray; and his nephew Jason.

He is survived by: his children, Travis (Jodie) of Edmonton, Sharry (Ken) of Edmonton and Lee Ann (Jeff) of Edmonton; his grandchildren, Bailey, Mikayla, Carter, Austin, Skylar, Blaise and Jaxon; his wife Gail Zaplotinsky; his siblings, Myron (Theresa) and Violet; and his sister-in-law Sonia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Per the Restriction Exemption Program, you must provide proof of vaccinations (along with valid ID for those 18 years and over), or proof of a negative rapid COVID test taken within 72 hours of entry, or an original medical exemption letter.
