He is survived by: his children, Jessica-Lynn Perkins, Wyatt Richard Perkins and Melinda Perkins of Wainwright; his mother Judy Van Otterloo (Pieter) of Drumheller, Alberta; his grandmother Lillian Perkins of Wainwright; and his sisters, Theresa Perkins (Terry Hall) of Stettler, Leslie Perkins (Steven Bamber) of Fallis and Jaylene Perkins (Ryan Quilinan) of Edmonton, Alberta. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
