He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Michaela of Wainwright, Alberta; his daughters, Emily Wood (Simon Cadieux) of Petawawa and Sophie of Wainwright; his mothers, Betty Wood of Port Colborne, Ontario and Gertrud Muller of Germany; his sisters, Lori Oskam (Gerald) of Port Colborne and Susan Donofrio (Tim) of Port Colborne; and his siblings-in-law, Peter Muller of Germany and Ute Ringwald (Georg) of Germany.
