He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Panter and May Panter; and his brother-in-law Harold Eaglesham. He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Brad Panter (Christina Perry) of Wainwright and Deanne McMullan (Cavan) of Calgary; his grandchildren, Justin Panter, Jessica Schopfer (Jake), Colby McMullan and Cassidee McMullan; his great grandchildren, Grady and Ryker Schopfer; his sister Janice Kerr (Elliot) of Sherwood Park, Alberta; and his brothers-in-law, Tom (Alvina), Dan Eaglesham (Darlene) of Sherwood Park and Keith Eaglesham of Fort Saskatchewan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
