She was predeceased by: her parents, John Alderson and Winnifred Alderson; her son Jim; her siblings, Florence, Olive and Clifford (Tom); and her granddaughter Crystal.
She is survived by: her husband Tom Goodwin; her children, Rick Goodwin of Wainwright, Donna Artindale (Zen) of Wainwright, Wayne Goodwin of Wainwright, Bev Schmalzbauer (Melvin) of Kindersley, Brian Goodwin (Pam) of Wainwright and Randy Goodwin of Wainwright; her grandchildren, Ryan Goodwin (Megan) of Wainwright, Lori Goodwin (Curtis Grabler) of Amisk, Derek Schmalzbauer (Charlene) of Warman, Shawn Goodwin (Melody) of Amisk, David Artindale (Liz Herring) of Carstairs, Becca Goodwin (Jamie Steinborn) of Wainwright, Angela Slaght (Grant) of Drumheller and Nolan Goodwin (Mackenzie) of Wainwright; and her great grandchildren, Parker, Carter, Ardeya, Tasia, Jayde, Brevin, Elizabeth, Nathan, Wren, Finley, Cheyenne, Olive, Remi and Levi.
If so desired the family suggests any memorial contributions made in Phyllis's name be made to the Wainwright Hospital Long Term Care Palliative Room, The Canadian Cancer Society, or any charity of the donors choice.
