She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Worthington; and her sisters, Martha and Edna. She is survived by: her children, Dwayne Worthington (Sheree) of Wainwright, Judy Worthington of Wainwright, David Worthington (Johnna) of Wainwright and Garry Worthington of Wainwright, Alberta; her grandchildren, Derek, Chantelle, Michelle, Aaron, Sheryllee, Dustin and Curtis; and her great grandchildren, Hailey, Renai, Thea, Tyson, Chase, Keenan, Kinley, Bentley and Callie. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
