We are sad to announce that on November 12, 2019, at the age of 88, Maria Wilhelmina Loonen (Wainwright, Alberta) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Cornelius; and her daughter-in-law Liz Loonen. She is survived by: her children, Harry Loonen of Wainwright, Ria Eberhardt (Mike) of Edmonton, Jose Milne (Will) of Winnipeg, Sandra Cooper (Graham) of Regina and Angela Loonen (John Martin) of Summerland; her grandchildren, Neil Loonen (Amy), Sara (Justin Standing), Theresa Eberhardt, Jacqueline Eberhardt, Emmet Milne, Aidan Milne, Genevieve Cooper, Annelies Cooper, Rebecca Cooper-Cunningham (Sean), Hannah Cooper and Michelle Rolston; her great grandchildren, Margaret Cooper-Clark, Owen Loonen and Claire Loonen; her siblings, Bert (Nel) of Wit and Mien of Wit; her sisters-in-law, Jeanne of Wit and Corry Heijkant; and her nieces and nephews, Elly Dietz, Arjan Van Hienen and Maarten Van Hienen.
