She was predeceased by: her husband Terrence; her parents, William Sullivan and Elizabeth Sullivan; and her siblings, Bill Sullivan and Mary O'Callaghan.

She is survived by: her sons, Terry Clark (Tammy) of Czar and Stephen Clark (Julie) of Hughenden, Alberta; her grandchildren, Brayden Clark (Alesha), Brendan Clark and Lyndon Clark (Shelby); and her great grandchildren, Hudson and Reid.
