James Henry Walsh Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 23, 2020, at the age of 88, James Henry Walsh (Wainwright, Alberta) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Elsie Walsh; his grandson Jason Walter; his parents, Roy Walsh and Rita Walsh; and his sisters, Ruby Mulligan and Jean Walsh.
He is survived by: his close friend Grace Poulson; his children, June Walter (Garth) of Moose Jaw, Pearl Brent (Dick) of Beaumont, Thomas Walsh (Carolyn) of Calmar and James Walsh of Luseland, Saskatchewan; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Walter, Jennifer Walter (Omar), Clayton Brent (Lisa), Steven Brent, Patrick Brent (Alicia), Stephanie and Melissa Walsh (Mike); his great grandchildren, Colton, Carly, Zachary, Ryden, Johanna, Zakariya, Maysa, Brooke, Paisley, Emerson and Tyson; and his sisters, Clara Longley, Margaret West (Jim), Shirley Giofu and Judy Brandt (Keith). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
If friends so desire, the family suggests any memorial contributions made in James' name be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta or a charity of choice.
