She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Whitney. She is survived by: her children, Mearl Whitney (Gladys), Ken Whitney (Janice), Linda Everest (Reg), Norman Whitney (Helen) and Darlene Grune (Fred); and her sisters-in-law, Muriel Barnett, Mabel Lysgaard, Ruth Irvine and Shirley Whitney. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; four step great grandchildren.
