He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Pepper and Dorothy Pepper; and his grandmother Ellen Kent. He is survived by: his children, Donald Pepper (Gina), Jonathon Pepper, Kaden, Sydney, Arlo and Silas; his siblings, John White and Gladys Holmes (Allan); and his daughter Diane Hewitt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
