We are sad to announce that on June 7, 2019, at the age of 95, Alvina Rosella Postans (Wainwright, Alberta) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley; her children, Arne Postans, Robert Postans (Louise) and Beverly Smith; and her son-in-law Vaughn Valleau.

She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Carl (Clint) of Bashaw, Irene Valleau of Olds and Sharon Postans (Jim) of Thailand; her grandchildren, Marina Carl (Harry Ullrich), Kevin Carl (Deena), Tanya Postans, Melanie Smith (Jeff), Jessie Elder (Jason), Christopher Valleau (Bobbi), Marisa Valleau (Nick Labonte), Jason Valleau, Amber (Rob) and Masikewich; and her foster son Jim Stevenson Postans. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
