She was predeceased by: her husband Sarge Bissell; and her brother Frank. She is survived by: her children, Wendy (Fred), Robert (Shirley), James (Cheryl), Bill (Frances) and Lois (Chris); and her brother Ralph. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, twenty-nine great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren.
