It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Boyd Whitehead of Vulcan, Alberta, born in Claresholm, Alberta, who passed away on June 1, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Boyd Whitehead; and his father-in-law Jim Bonnar (Cathy). He is survived by: his wife Colleen; his stepsons, Patrick and Billy McCormick; his grandchildren, Taylor, Dorian, Mia, Payton, Charlotte, Ella, Ryan, Jenn Kinsman, Greg, Joanne, Loris, Liam McCormick, Grampa Don, Chloe and Penny (Hong Kong); his mother Marguerite; his sister Lynda Strader (Jack); and his nephews, Barry and Brad.
Due to the COVID situation we are currently dealing with we are planning a small family gathering in our backyard Saturday, June 13 with friends being able to join us virtually.
