He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mandzuk and Lena Mandzuk; and his brother Al Mandzuk (Bernice). He is survived by: his wife Norma Mandzuk of Vulcan, AB; his son Kelly Mandzuk (Jean) of Regina, SK; his grandchildren, Kristi Mandzuk of Regina, SK and Kevin Mandzuk (Carrie Livingstone) of Regina, SK.; his daughter Tammy Mandzuk of Cloverdale, BC; his grandchildren, Jorden Mandzuk-Power of Cloverdale, BC and Alissa Mandzuk-Power (Moe) of Cloverdale, BC; his stepsons, Blaine Belbeck of Hartney, MB and Kevin Belbeck (Faye) of Vanscoy, SK; his stepgranddaughters, Stephanie, Samantha (Jop) and Simone (Lorne); his siblings, Peter Mandzuk (Jeannie) of Abbotsford, BC, Tony Mandzuk (Irene) of North Vancouver, BC, Phyliss Heshka (Dave) of Canora, SK and Sally Shankowski (Richard) of Pelly, SK; his sister-in-law Joyce Pegg of North Battleford, SK; and the mother of his children Kathy Mandzuk of Delta, BC.. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
