He was predeceased by: his wife Julie; his parents, Charlie and Betsy; his son Patrick Herman; and his grandparents, James Cardinal and Sally Cardinal.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Chomiak (Darryl), Calvin Steinhauer (Ginny), Cynthia Herman (Sam) and Debbie Chevrier; his siblings, Henry Pruden (Evelyn), Effie Odynski (Randy), Olga Squire (Fred) and George Anderson; and also Violet Shirt. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
