He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack and Frances; and his siblings, Metro, Harry, Mike, Mary Pukish and Kate Diakiw.

He is survived by: his siblings, Steve (Del) of Sherwood Park, Stella Bulka of Edmonton, Ann Babee of Vilna and Eva Romaniuk (Ed) of Vilna. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
