She is survived by: her husband Robert Taylor; her son Aaron (Relda); her grandchildren, Rob (Shannon), Merritt (Tracy) and Clarrisse (TJ); her daughter Saylor (Nick); her grandchildren, Tyler (Alli), Dustin (Bayley), Jesse (Kaitlyn) and Tavanna; her siblings, Dudley Lund and Wilda Lindsay; and her siblings-in-law, Jennifer Lund, Lori Lund and Ron Elder.

Donations in memory of Merle may be made to the Alzheimer's Society An Inurnment for Merle will be held in the spring.
