He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Blazek and Wymoga Blazek; and his grandson Jacob Blazek. He is survived by: his significant other Joyce Arnold; his children, Myrna Lynn Murdoch (Colin) and Verle Blazek (Corrine); and his grandchildren, Kerry Lynn Jacobs and Arlen Jacobs.
