He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Jacula and Sophie Jacula; his brother Paul Jacula; his sisters-in-law, Barbara Jacula, Katherine "Kay" Jacula and Marge Miluch; and his parents-in-law, Peter and Lena Stelmaschuk.

He is survived by: his significant other Stephania; his child Terry Jacula (Stacey); his granddaughters, Kelsie Jacula and Taylor Jacula (Justin Miller); his siblings, Nick Jacula and Adeline Stokowski (Frank); his brother-in-law Paul Miluch (Carol); and his niece Deborah "Debbie" Jacula. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
