He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertle Dyrland and Selma Dyrland; his siblings, Ines, Irene and Allan; and his niece Shelly.
He is survived by: his wife Jessie Dyrland (Lena) of Vermilion; his children, Delphene Sims of Edmonton and Lisa Kendrick (Marshall) of Hinton, Alberta.; his grandchildren, Nadia, Vanessa, Carissa (Conrad), Caleb (Jasmyn), Coleman and Jackson (Elizabeth); his great grandchildren, Elena, Andrew, Felix, Sloan, Lennon Cohen and Chirra; and his brother Dale Dyrland (Leanne).
