She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Jim Crawford; her former husband William Kuzyk; her children, David Kuzyk, Michael Kuzyk and Debbie Adams; and her grandson Joshua Adams A.
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Cooper (Vaughn); her grandchildren, Ryan Adams (Stacey) and Tyla Cooper (Brian Loeher); and her great grandchildren, Linden, Lance, Lachlan and Keaton. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives & friends.
