It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Steva Macphee (Vermilion, Alberta), who passed away on March 26, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Alex MacPhee; her sons, Francis MacPhee and Robert MacPhee; her parents, Teador Harasiuk and Telka Harasiuk; her siblings, Mary Kochenash (Bill), Olga Shostak (Mark) and Michael Harasiuk of Matt Harasiuk; and her brother-in-law Mike Stachniak.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Fizer (Barry), Cathie MacPhee, Micheal MacPhee (Val), Maggie Flaman (Paul), Janet MacPhee (Stephen Green), Donald MacPhee (Kim), Ronnie "Scrawny" MacPhee, Christine Hartley (John) and Brian MacPhee; her daughter-in-law Anna Marie MacPhee of Margaret MacPhee; her grandchildren, Cheryl Ann MacPhee of Anthony, Meagan MacPhee, Shannon Fizer (Chris Hinchliffe), Adam Fizer, Teresa Patterson (Mike), Hugh MacPhee, Jesse Flaman, Chris Flaman, Sara Flaman, Jeffrey Green (Lydia), Savanna MacPhee, J. D. MacPhee, Stephanie Rurka and Duncan Rurka; her great grandchildren, Kendra Fehr, Kassidy Fehr and Isaac Flaman; her siblings, Molly Stachniak and Peter Harasiuk (Judy); and her sister-in-law Stella Harasiuk. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that donations be made to the Catholic Church of the Holy Name, Friends of Vermilion Health Centre, or charity of donor's choice.
