He is survived by: his daughter Willow Smart (Ryley Gardner) of Williams Lake; his mother Genevieve Smart of Vermilion; his siblings, Kathy Bowtell of Vermilion, Kevin Jackson of Vermilion, Ted Smart (Carmen) of Kitscoty and Link Smart (Tammi) of Mannville; and his nieces and nephews, Justin Bowtell (Jillian), Jason Bowtell, Christa Bowtell, Dhillon Smart (Paige), Melissa Smart, Kennedy Demas (Lane), Saige Smart, Paityn Smart and Taryn Smart. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
