He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Willoughby and Muriel Willoughby; his wife Bertha Willoughby; his brother Harry Walton; and his son-in-law Tony Wentworth.

He is survived by: his children, Sherry Wentworth-April (John), Wendy O'Brien, Guy Willoughby (Teresa) and Terry Willoughby; his grandchildren, Nadia Wentworth (Shawn), Daniel Wentworth, Ryan Hodge (Tanja), Jennifer White (Adley), Brandi McGrath (Kevin), Courtney Allison (Darcy) and Landon WIlloughby (Maria); and his great grandchildren, Austin, Mason Nate, Bo, Alexandra, Wyatt, Ava, Fiona, Harrison, Jack and Eliza. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
