He was predeceased by: his parents, James Panter and May Panter. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Wes Sargent, Tiara-Jae Cantlin (Jackie) and Marabee Fountain (Marcus); his stepgrandchildren, Bryden, Julian, Aiden and Carys; his sister Janice Kerr (Elliot); his nieces and nephews, Jeffrey Kerr (Taryn), Tyson Kerr (Shannon), Raena Kerr (Max), Brad Panter (Christine) and Deanne McMullan (Kavan); and his sister-in-law Jean Panter.
Memorial donations may be made to the SPCA, animal shelter of one's choice or charity of one's choice.
