She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Tymchyshyn and Victoria Tymchyshyn; her siblings, Bernice Chanasyk (Mike) and Jack Tymchyshyn; and her parents-in-law, John and Mary Poliakiwski.

She is survived by: her husband Bill Poliakiwski; her children, Darcy Poliakiwski (Nicole) and Tracy Trynchuk (Glen); her granddaughter Jordan Poliakiwski (Rob Keller); her great grandchild Wrenynn Tarkowski; and her brother Joe Tymchyshyn (Wanda). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives & friends.
