She was predeceased by: her former husband George Watling; her husband John Willes; her daughter Linda Finlay; her son-in-law Jerry Broadhead; her parents, Samuel McFadden and Dorothea McFadden; and her sisters, Rita Smith and Aileen Bingam.

She is survived by: her children, Georgia Staples (Gary) of Calgary, Lorraine Ziola (Barry) of Saskatoon, Bernie Watling of Mannville, Susan Broadhead (Terry), Balaban of Edmonton, Lois Kozma (Brad) of Calgary, Vicki Dalziel (John) of Vancouver and Don Willes (Colleen) of Vermilion; her son-in-law Bob Finlay of Forestburg; her grandchildren, Jackie Norman (Murray), John Finlay (Kelly), Laurie Cooper (Kent), Marcey Rosser (Andrew), Scott Willes (Ha), Robin Staples (Emma), Lee Staples, Heather Johnston (Rian), Mikko Ziola (Joanne), Kirsti Ziola-Berry (Mike) and Janine Broadhead (Cory); and her siblings, Dorothy Bryden and Edward McFadden.
