He is survived by: his wife Lynn O'Neil (Jensen); his children, Daphne O'Neil, Leon Jensen (Angi), Shawna Hofer (Jesse) and Ebony Jensen; and his grandchildren, Sidhierra, Dallas, Blake, Maisi, Haidyn and Jak. He is also survived by his brother, sisters, nieces, nephews, extended family and close friends.
