It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Meinsje Groeneveld of Vermilion, Alberta, who passed away on November 3, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Florus; and her daughter Wendy. She is survived by: her children, Anna (Gordon Brown) of Grand Forks, BC, Audrey of Edmonton, AB and Will (Bobbi-Jo) of Mannville, AB; her grandchildren, Adriana (Scott), Laura, Benton (Alyssa) and Tianna; her great grandchildren, Flora, Adaya, Arthur and Lyle; and her sister Maaike. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives & friends.
Memorial Donations may be made to McQueen Memorial United Church or a charity of one's choice. In lieu of flowers please make a donation in honor of Meinsje.
