She is survived by: her husband Rick Bozak of Vermilion; her children, Natasha Arthur (Tyler) of Alida, SK, Naomi Misick (Todd) of Vermilion, John Bozak (Tasha) of Wainwright and Daniel Perkins (Erin) of Grand Forks, B. C.; her grandchildren, Summer, Basil, Measha, Jorie Arthur, Abigail Misick, Zoe Misick, Donavin, Devin, Dalyse Bozak, Marcus Perkins and Violet Perkins; her siblings, Ken Andersen, Wayne Andersen (Lois) and Annette Tronnes (Larry) of Red Deer; and her sibling-in-law Terry Andersen.
