He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Lysons and Una Lysons; and his siblings, Charles, Thelma Bezaire, Art, Mable Crookes, Clarence, Brooks, Walter, Dennis, Tommy and Leo.

He is survived by: his wife Doris; his children, Debbie Davis, Dennis Lysons (Wanda) and Donnie Lysons (Elaine); his grandchildren, Emily Davis, Cassidy, Shawn, Brooklynn Lysons, Daniel, Samantha and Mitchell Lysons; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Lysons and Margaret Lysons.
