It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kay Warawa of Vermilion, Alberta, who passed away on May 16, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kay Warawa to pay them a last tribute.
As we bid Kay farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. She was predeceased by: her husband Mike; her parents, Steve Flasha and Annie Zuk; and her daughter Susan Howard. She is survived by: her sons, David Warawa (Susanne Warawa), Allen Warawa (Debbie), Phil Howard and Kenneth Warawa (Shari). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 17 great grandchildren; as well as numerous nephews, nieces, relatives, and friends.
