She was predeceased by: her husband James Sheppard; her son Ernest Sheppard; her grandson Rick Sheppard; her parents, Joseph Beauvillier and Marie Beauvillier; and her brothers, Art, Joe, Leon and Edward Beauvillier.

She is survived by: her children, Stewart Sheppard, Lucille Robinson, Marie Sieben (Allan) and Allen Sheppard (Eileen); her grandchildren, Gary Robinson (Andrea), Brandy Jacula (Devon), Dwayne Sheppard (Crystal), Walter Taylor, Megan Loydl (Curtis), Cory Sheppard, Owen and Bailey McNall; her great grandchildren, Dominick, Brodee, Nixin, Alyxandrea, Paris, Brock, Kolten and Blake; and her siblings, Theresa Beauvillier, Lucille Hawkins (Arnold) and Eugene Beauvillier (Cathy).

Memorial donations may be made to the Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation, Islay Fire Department, or charity of choice.
