He was predeceased by: his former wife Florence; his daughter Linda Finlay; his parents, Percival Willes and Louisa Willes; and his siblings, Oliver, Vern, Edwin and Winnifred.
He is survived by: his child Norma Willes; his son-in-law Vicki Dalziel (John) of Vancouver; his grandchild Bob Finlay of Forestburg; and his great grandchildren, Madison Kozma (Taylor), Brandy Kozma (J. J.), Leslie Eagleton (Dave), Jessica Balaban (Rob), Jay Broadhead, Janine Broadhead (Cory), Kirsti Ziola-Berry (Mike), Mikael Ziola (Joanne), Heather Johnston (Rian), Lee Staples, Robin Staples (Emma), Scott Willes (Ha), Marcey Rosser (Andrew), Laurie Cooper (Kent), John Finlay (Kelley) and Jackie Norman (Murray). He is also survived by 3 great great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
