He was predeceased by: his parents, May Row and John Row; his sister Verna Kennedy (Bill); his sister-in-law Mary; and his granddaughter Julie.

He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Colin Row (Rebecca) of Lacombe, Gail Row (Garth), Tina Zayac (Wayne) of Vermilion, Tammy Crain (Helen) and Jody MacDonald (Rob) of Blackfoot; his grandchildren, Joel, Patrick, Nekayla (Zane), Trystyn, Austin, Grayam, Kamryn, Desirae and Autumn; his great grandchild Emberly; and his siblings, John Row and Lucy Stewart (Russell). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins whom he all called friends.
