She was predeceased by: her parents, Simon Isaac and Susie Isaac; her brother Ed Isaac; her siblings-in-law, Sandy Isaac and Ben Guenther; and her niece Sonya Wagner.

She is survived by: her husband Stan Smith of Vermilion; her daughters, Lisa Zelisko (Darcy) of Bonnyville, Laura Munro (Grant) of Mannville and Karen Williams (Bryan) of Edmonton; her stepsons, Trevor Smith of Onoway and Kyle Smith of Spruce Grove; her grandchildren, Micheal, Cameron Zelisko, Vannessa Williams and Haley Millender (Desmond); her stepgrandchildren, Brad McKay, Devon Williams (Darion) and Ryley Smith; her siblings, Orvel Isaac (Tena), Frank Isaac (Marj), Norman Isaac (Agnes), Carol Isaac and Phyllis Guenther; and her sister-in-law Delia Isaac.
