She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene DeFord; and her brother Michael Logan. She is survived by: her children, Janice Laurence (Joe), Donna DeFord (Albert) and Darren DeFord (Tamara); her grandchildren, Thomas, Taylor, Katelyn (Dylan), Grace, Amy, Declan, Michael, Abigail, Genevieve, Mary, Eric, Luke and Joel; her great grandchild Henry; her siblings, Eileen Evans (Don), Mavis Allard (Mike), Teresa Boykiw and Don Logan (Margaret); and her sister-in-law Carol Logan.
A funeral mass will be held at the Catholic Parish of the Holy Name Church, Vermilion on Thursday, October 24, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Memorial donations may be made to the MS Society of Canada, Juvenile Diabetes, Friends of Vermilion Health Care (Palliative), or a charity of one's choice.
