He was predeceased by: his former wife Corine Usenik; his daughter Brenda Stoltz; his daughter-in-law Frederica Usenik; his parents, Stanley Usenik and Dorothy Usenik; and his sister Verdella Dodsworth (Nick).
He is survived by: his wife Lorna Usenik; his children, Brent Usenik (Marilyn), Glen Usenik, Dean Usenik (Cindy), Trent Isley (Kylee), Tycen Isley (Crystal) and Taryn Chomik (Brad); his stepson Trevor Lawrence; his son-in-law Darren Stoltz (Theresa); his grandchildren, Craig (Andrea), Whitney (Clayton), Brooklyn (Curtis), Carter, Rene, Ashley (Nathan), Chase, Hayden (Emily), Madison (Wyatt), Grady, Logan, Blake, Jaxon, Laynee, Scottlyn, Hayes, Wesley (Mackenzie), Dominic, Anthony, Savannah and Rai; and his great grandchildren, Blake, Kalli, Jordyn, Brynn, Crew, Owen, Bennett, Wolfgang and Amethyst. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
