William Luchak Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Luchak (Vegreville, Alberta), who passed away on September 27, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William Luchak to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his close friend Myrna Kereluk; his parents, John Luchak and Anne Luchak; and his siblings, Nick, Henry Luchak, Rose and Marion.

He is survived by: his son Dustin Luchak (Mireille); his stepsons, Reid Drouin (Rachel) and Neil Drouin (Ern); his grandchildren, Lorna-Lee Vassilimis (Alex), Teigan, Kahli, Leim and Maci Drouin; his great grandchildren, Athena and Theo; his siblings, Alex Luchak (Susan) and Kathy Chrapko; and his sisters-in-law, Joan and Pat Luchak. He is also survived by many nieces, nephew and cousins.

A funeral service was held on Monday, October 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Nicholas Russo-Greek Orthodox Church – Desjarlais (Range Road 144 & Township Road 571A, Desjarlais, Alberta).
