He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn; his parents, Alex Kusick and Kay Kusick; his brother Ronald; his son-in-law Ivan Warawa; and his granddaughter Kim.

He is survived by: his children, Valerie (Clarence) and Chris (Robyn); his grandchildren, Connor, Pyper, Kiptyn and Danielle (Rodney); his great grandchildren, Riggs, Baker, Shad, Kyla, Jesse, Ricki and Rhonda; his sisters, Mary (Keith), Vicky and Elizabeth; his sister-in-law Deloyce; and also, Jenna, Alysha, Brandi (Rhett), Ava, Sidney, Quinton (Stevie), Myles, Emmy, Brendan (Kirstan), Mack and Darlene. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
