It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sadie Fedoryshen of Vegreville, Alberta, who passed away on August 4, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Paul; her parents, Paul Ewashko and Katherine Ewashko; her siblings, Andrew, Bill, John (Pete Ewashko), Mary Boratynec (Harry) and Annie Motowylo (Harry); her sister-in-law Josephine Ewashko; her niece Lorraine Olynyk; and her nephews, Jimmy Kotowich, Emil Motowylo (Judy) and Edward Motowylo (Gezilia).
She is survived by: her daughters, Deanna Humeniuk (Harry), Darlynne Bokenfohr (Don), Ethel Samoil (David) and Fay Dake (Timothy E.); her grandchildren, Lana Lowe, Kim Nykyforuk (Craig), Trent Samoil (Kayley), Tracy Samoil-Hladunewich, Dean Fowler, Hillary Dake and Tynell Dake (Caitlin); her great grandchildren, Bryce Lowe (Marley), Tanya Lowe (Rob), Scott Nykyforuk, Brynn Nykyforuk, Parker Samoil, Chynna Fingas (Rhys), Spencer Samoil, Kaden Hladunewich, Anna Paige Hladunewich and Kayla Fowler; and her siblings, Mike Ewashko, Steve Ewashko (Olga), Tony Ewashko (Linda) and Nelsie Kotowich (Peter). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the "Covenant Health c/o St. Joseph's General Hospital – Vegreville" , to the "Vegreville United Church" or a Charity of One's Choice.
