She was predeceased by: her husband Tom; her parents, William Buzak and Violet Buzak; and her sister Jeannette Nykolaychuk. She is survived by: her children, Dwayne, Donna (Richard), Lindsay (Nadine) and Lydia (Billy); her grandchildren, Michael (Breanna), Courtney (Bryan), Brandon, Cora, Carly (Trenton), Nicole (Jesse) and Brayden; her great grandchildren, Averlie, Madilynn, Nash, Mallory and Rhett; her brothers, Roger Buzak (Gladys) and Sam Buzak (Elsie); and her brother-in-law Steve Nykolaychuk. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
