He is survived by: his friend Carol Sawchuk; his children, Angela Phillips of Vegreville, Debbie Kirby (Brian) of Airdrie, Laura Kelly (Doug) of Vegreville, Jamie Mackinnon (Clayton) of Newbrook and Howard Phillips (Michelle) of Bonnyville; his daughter-in-law Brenda Phillips of Vegreville; his sister Rena Deleske of High River; and his close friend Rusty. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren; niece, nephews, relatives and friends.
Memorial donations may be made to "Haying in the 30's Cancer Support Society" or to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Alberta.".
