Orest Yushchyshyn Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Orest Yushchyshyn (Vegreville, Alberta), who passed away on February 15, 2025 at the age of 82. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Orest Yushchyshyn to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Yushchyshyn and Mary Yushchyshyn; his former wife Shirley; his wife Finella; his siblings, Victor, Oscar and Diane Hawryluk (Tony); and his brother-in-law Bob White.
He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl Libich (Wayne); his grandchildren, Mason (Jayde), Kelton (Haley), Hayden (Ainsley) and Aislinn (Logan); his siblings, Doreen White, Eugene and Art Yushchyshyn; and his sisters-in-law, Evelyn and Lucille Yushchyshyn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Vegreville Social Centre (4802 47 St, Vegreville, AB T9C1L1).
Memorial donations may be made to the "Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation.".
